As the largest and most trusted leader in orthotic, pedorthic and prosthetic services in the state of Tennessee, Superior Orthotics & Prosthetics is able to provide our patients with complete DMEPOS care. We provide bracing and DME inventory programs as well as mobile services to assist case managers and therapists in health care facilities throughout Middle Tennessee.
We provide one-on-one personal attention and nurturing guidance to our patients from first contact, regardless of age or activity level.
Superior accomplishes outcomes success through the use of cost-effective products, training and support that healthcare professionals desire for their patients. We listen to the patient’s concerns, understand his or her specific needs and develop a customized treatment plan that will improve outcomes.
Superior’s professionally-certified orthotists, prosthetists and fitters can provide in-depth seminars and educational product demonstrations on new products and technologies on a regular basis. This provides an opportunity for our referring healthcare providers to expand their clinical knowledge of the products and services Superior can provide.
These in-service presentations are provided at no cost and can be scheduled during convenient office hours. They last approximately 45 minutes and lunch is always provided.

Physicians, PAs and nurse practitioners can prescribe to us directly; you do not need to be a specialist.
Sometimes a physician will refer a patient for an orthotic or prosthetic evaluation or consultation. After an evaluation or consult, our practitioners can report back their findings to the referring physician with possible treatment options. There is never a fee or patient financial commitment for evaluations or consultations. Most devices, however, require a prescription signed by a physician, PA or NP for fabrication and delivery.
